HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLD WIDE for every purchase on our website above $500 USD.

All international orders are sent with our International Courier service. Delivery times can vary between 5-21 days to arrive. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

If the item is to be preordered on the website we will inform you the delay and when it is back in stock via email.

Customers will be advised on expected manufacturing and dispatch deadlines, also customers will be provided with the shipment tracking number once it is shipped.

We do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that shown as successfully delivered to the address. To minimize the chance of being stolen or lost, we suggest you to never let the courier leave the package at front door, it is better to hold at our shipping partner (DHL or FedEx) you might contact and choose the closest location in your area.

You do not need to create an account to place an order, you can check out as a guest.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

At Minuit Wear we value the satisfaction and the trust of our customers. Thus, we want you to be able to choose your items, knowing that you can try your purchase in the comfort of your home.

Please contact customercare@minuitwear.com detailing the reason you wish to return OR exchange an item when you receive it or within 7 days of receiving the package.

We require you to send us a detailed email with the item name and code, and the reason for return. Our Customer service will then review your request. Once your request has been approved, we will send you the steps to proceed as well as an address to ship the returned goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their tags attached within 14 days. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

When the return has been approved, we require that you send us the details of the shipment so that we can track the product. We also ask that you mark clearly on the invoice and package that the item is of None Commercial Value.

We take your data protection really seriously. Your data will only be shared with third parties where they abide by legislation for data protection.

We suggest you to create a mix of numbers and alphabets that are not easy to guess in order to increase the security of your account. Do not share your password to anyone and log out when you don’t use your personal devices.

 

WHAT ARE THE DUTIES/TAXES INCURRED ON MY ORDER?

Minuit Wear is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information, BEFORE placing an order. 

 

CAN I SEND A PRODUCT AS A GIFT?

Of course, simply follow the same steps the you would normally take to place an order for yourself. During checkout, you will be given the option of sending the parcel to someone else other than yourself.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

All our pieces are handmade and hand dyed. Naturally, there may be small variation with hand stitched garments but that’s what makes the beauty of artisanal work. We are very dedicated to apply luxury and high-standard to Quality Control. However, if you do have a concern with an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods at customercare@minuitwear.com so we can review the matter.
